Do you have health or fitness goals that you want to achieve in a fun & effective manner?I have been training for 17 years & enjoy every moment of it. Fitness has always been a passion of mine & I want to pass on that passion to others. I love all aspects of fitness but specialise in muscle building/toning, strength training & circuit training.With 9 years of care experience, I am very approachable & compassionate, so I’m happy to accommodate all of your fitness needs.Whether you have a set fitness goal in mind or you simply want to develop more confidence in the gym, I can help you achieve those goals with training plans & nutritional advice tailored to you.
